THE FADED FOUR
PLAYER AGREEMENT & CODE OF CONDUCT
The Faded Four is committed to providing a fun, competitive, welcoming, and respectful environment for everyone who enters our poker room.
By entering, playing, participating in an event, or remaining on the premises of The Faded Four, you acknowledge and agree to follow the rules, policies, and standards of conduct established by The Faded Four.
RESPECT THE GAME. RESPECT THE ROOM.
Every player spends their own money to participate and has the right to play their cards and make decisions however they choose within the rules of the game.
Players may play tight, loose, aggressive, passive, make unusual calls, raises, folds, or other decisions that another player may disagree with.
That is their choice.
No player has the right to criticize, embarrass, intimidate, harass, or berate another player because of how they choose to play.
PLAYER CONDUCT
Players are expected to:
• Treat all players, dealers, staff, guests, and spectators with respect.
• Refrain from berating, insulting, bullying, threatening, intimidating, or harassing another player.
• Refrain from criticizing another player repeatedly for how they played a hand.
• Avoid excessive arguing, yelling, profanity directed toward others, or behavior that disrupts the game.
• Respect dealer and staff decisions.
• Follow instructions given by The Faded Four staff.
• Act in turn and follow proper poker-room etiquette.
• Protect their own hand and chips.
• Refrain from cheating, collusion, card marking, chip manipulation, signaling, or intentionally assisting another player during a hand.
• Respect all tables, chairs, cards, chips, equipment, televisions, livestream equipment, and other property belonging to The Faded Four.
• Conduct themselves in a manner that allows everyone in the room to enjoy themselves.
DISCIPLINARY POLICY
The Faded Four wants everyone to have an opportunity to correct inappropriate behavior.
1ST OFFENSE
WARNING
2ND OFFENSE
PLAYER WILL BE SAT OUT FOR 2 FULL ORBITS
3RD OFFENSE
PLAYER WILL BE ASKED TO LEAVE FOR THE NIGHT
If the inappropriate behavior continues or becomes an ongoing problem:
SUSPENSION
THE PLAYER MAY BE SUSPENDED FROM THE FADED FOUR UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE.
The Faded Four reserves the right to skip any step above when circumstances involve serious misconduct, including but not limited to fighting, threats, cheating, intentional property damage, harassment, or conduct that creates a safety concern.
PHOTOGRAPHY, VIDEO & LIVESTREAM ACKNOWLEDGMENT
The Faded Four regularly photographs, records, broadcasts, and livestreams poker games, tournaments, special events, winners, players, and activities taking place inside the club.
BY ENTERING, PLAYING, OR PARTICIPATING AT THE FADED FOUR, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT YOUR IMAGE, LIKENESS, AND VOICE MAY APPEAR IN PHOTOGRAPHS, VIDEO RECORDINGS, LIVESTREAM BROADCASTS, SOCIAL MEDIA POSTS, PROMOTIONAL MATERIALS, OR OTHER MEDIA PRODUCED OR USED BY THE FADED FOUR.
This may include footage from livestream tables, room cameras, tournament coverage, winner photographs, promotional photographs, and general club activity.
You understand that livestreams and other content may be broadcast publicly through platforms such as Facebook, YouTube, social media, websites, or other broadcasting platforms.
Participation may occur without additional notice or compensation.
PLAYER ACKNOWLEDGMENT
By entering or participating at The Faded Four, I acknowledge that:
• I have been given the opportunity to review these rules.
• I understand that I am responsible for my own actions and behavior.
• I understand the disciplinary consequences for violating these rules.
• I understand that other players have the right to play their own money and make their own poker decisions without being harassed or berated.
• I understand that photographs, video recordings, and livestream broadcasts may take place while I am inside The Faded Four.
• I agree to conduct myself respectfully and follow the rules and instructions of The Faded Four.
MAKE A WISE CHOICE
We want The Faded Four to continue being a great room where everyone can come in, compete, laugh, enjoy themselves, and have a blast.
Play hard.
Have fun.
Win or lose with class.
Respect the dealers.
Respect the staff.
Respect each other.
